Madrasa Ashrafia Arabia Pauhaddi Bela is an old spiritual institute of district Darbhanga Bihar which has been servicing theology literature for 70 years. This institute is situated in such area where the Muslims were highly surrounded with backwardness, darkness, barbarity. Getting impression from the spiritual and literary backwardness of Muslim of this area, Hazrat Maulana Hakeem Abdul Mannan Sahib Siddiqui Aliarrahma caliph Hazrat Maulana the lamp of canton Shah Siraj Ahmad Sahab Quddisa Sirrahu Amrohwi and the model of Islaf, hierarch mysticism Sheikh kamil nation rejuvenator Arif Billah Hazrat Maulana Master Muhammad Qasim sahib Madde Zillahul Aali, caliph fate the lamp of canton Hazrat Maulana Shah Siraj Ahmed Quddisa Sirrahu founded this Madrasa in 1374Hj. As 1954 with his some companions and the direction of Maslahul Ummat Hazrat Alhaj Maulana Shah Wasi Allah Sahab Allahabadi Quddisa Sirrahu. Hazrat Maslahul Ummat Quddisa Sirrahu never visited himself but cherish this Madrasa with his precious and beneficial recommendations till his last breath. Sayyad Hazrat Maulana Shah Siraj Ahmed Sahib Amrohavi Quddisa Sirrahu caliph Maulana Muhammad Ashraf Ali Thanavi R.A. had been patronising this institute throughout the life and blessed the Madrasa attending the invitation of employees.
Ameer Shari’at Rabe Hazrat Maulana Shah Minnat Allah Rahmani Sahib Quddisa Sirrahu had honoured this institute at the time of invitation propaganda. After the death of Hazrat Amrohavi Quddisa Sirrahu Sahib, the hierarch of his caliph Sheikhul Islam Sayyad Husain Ahmed Madani Hazrat Doctor Alhaj Maulana Muhammad Zahid Sahib Amrohavi Nawwarallahu Markadahu had blessed the institute by his tutelage.
After that, patron of Madrasa was Hazrat Maulana Alhaj Muhammad Qasim Sahib Muzaffarpuri R.A. Qazi Shari’at Amarat Sharia Phulwari shareef Patna. The basic aim of this Madrasa foundation is propagation of theology literature. Hence this Madrasa is doing the best service of spirit. It has no affiliation with the present government. While it is independent Urdu institute which is continue by the help of well wishers.
